This Privacy Policy describes how [Sikka Play] (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Sikka Play mobile application (“App”, “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Summary: We collect only the information needed to run the App, credit your rewards, and process redemptions. We never sell your personal information. Some limited data (such as your advertising ID) is shared with offer and advertising partners so that your completed tasks can be tracked and verified.
1. Eligibility
Sikka Play is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information and the associated account promptly. 2. Information We Collect
a) Information you provide to us
- Account information: name, email address, and/or mobile number when you register or sign in.
- Redemption information: UPI ID or other payout details you provide to receive rewards. We do not collect your bank passwords, card numbers, CVV, or UPI PIN.
- Support communications: information you share when you contact our support team (emails, screenshots, ticket details).
- Referral information: your referral code activity when you invite friends.
b) Information collected automatically
- Device and identifiers: device model, operating system version, language, IP address, and advertising ID (GAID). The advertising ID is required by our offer partners to track and verify the tasks and game levels you complete, so that your coins can be credited correctly.
- App activity: offers viewed, tasks started and completed, game levels achieved through partner offers, coins earned, check-in streaks, and redemption history.
- Diagnostics: crash logs and performance data used to fix bugs and improve the App.
c) Information from third parties
- Offer wall and advertising partners may confirm to us that you completed a task or reached a game level, so that we can credit your reward.
We do not collect your contacts, SMS, call logs, photos, or precise location.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account;
- To display offers and tasks, track their completion, and credit coins to your wallet;
- To verify reward eligibility and prevent fraud, fake accounts, and abuse of offers or referrals;
- To process redemption requests and transfer rewards to the payout details you provide;
- To respond to your support requests and resolve disputes;
- To send you service notifications (for example, reward credited, offer verified, redemption completed);
- To analyze usage and improve the App, its features, and its offers;
- To comply with applicable laws and legal requests.
4. How We Share Your Information
We never sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited situations:
- Offer wall & advertising partners: we share your advertising ID and related app-activity signals with the third-party offer and ad networks integrated in the App, such as [Pubscale, AdGem, Tapjoy, Google AdMob], so that the tasks you complete can be tracked, verified, and rewarded. These partners process data under their own privacy policies.
- Analytics & crash reporting: we use services such as [e.g. Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics] to understand app performance.
- Legal reasons: if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, or our business.
- Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
5. Rewards, Coins, and Redemptions
- Coins earned in the App are promotional reward points. They have no cash value until successfully redeemed in accordance with the App’s terms.
- Reward crediting depends on successful tracking and verification by our offer partners. Some offers are verified instantly; others may take additional time.
- We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraud, automation, multiple accounts, VPN/location manipulation, or violation of offer terms.
- Sikka Play is a rewards platform. It is not a job, business, lottery, gambling, or investment opportunity, and earnings are not guaranteed.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal and tax obligations. Redemption and transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable law even after account deletion.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and restricted access to personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Account and Data Deletion
You may delete your account and associated personal data at any time:
- In the App: go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account; or
- By email: send a deletion request from your registered email to [support@sikkaplay.com] with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
Upon a verified request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except for records we must keep under applicable law (such as completed payout records). Please note that unredeemed coins are forfeited upon account deletion.
9. Your Rights and Choices
- Access & correction: you may request a copy of your personal data or ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion: you may request deletion of your account and data as described above.
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or limit ad personalization, in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). Note that restricting the advertising ID may prevent offer tracking and reward crediting.
- Notifications: you can disable push notifications in your device settings.
- Grievances: Indian users may also contact our Grievance Officer (Section 12) under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The App contains offers, advertisements, and links that lead to third-party apps and websites. Once you leave our App, your information is governed by that third party’s own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services, and we encourage you to review their policies before providing any information.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
